Screen Gems has carved quite a niche with its teen thrillers and the company's latest offering, The Roommate, opens on February 4, 2011. A trailer has gone live and you can watch it below. Leighton Meester, Cam Gigandet and Minka Kelly star in this "Single White Female goes to college" flick directed by Christian E. Christiansen (one of the guys Dimension was circling for the Hellraiser remake) and written by Sonny Mallhi.
